Lotus Trophy 1967
Awarded annually to the Branch who can provide the best evidence that they are promoting the name of Casualties Union and maintaining the spirit as the founder intended. 
The Lotus Trophy was presented to the  Founder of Casualties Union, Mr. Eric Claxton by Lotus, The Netherlands group that Eric helped to set up. The Trophy was made up from materials retrieved from the bombed Palace of Queen Wilhelmina. The base is made of some of the wood from the building and the Lotus flower from bits of metal from the same venue.

Frances Morley Trophy
Awarded annually to the Group who can provide the best evidence that they are promoting the name of Casualties Union and maintaining the spirit as the founder intended. 
The Frances Morley was presented to Casualties Union by Elsie Dudman in memory of her mother. Elsie was a Senior Instructor in Casualties Union also Chairperson of the Council for a number of years.

Glaxo Salver 1991
Awarded annually to any member showing exceptional ability in portrayal of any designated role.
The Glaxo Salver was presented to Casualties Union by Glaxo in recognition of all the work Casualties Union had done for the them.

John Wise Rose Bowl 2005
Awarded annually to any member showing exceptional ability in make-up
The John Wise Rose Bowl was presented to Casualties Union by Brenda Wise in recognition of John's special interest and expertise in make-up..

Nominations and Judges
These trophies are judged by the Casualties Union Awards Panel, which consists of a maximum of 5 suitable qualified and senior members of Casualties Union.  Meeting once a year, their tasks are:

  • To consider annual submissions from Branches for the award of the Lotus Trophy.
  • To consider annual submissions from Groups for the award of the Frances Morley Trophy.
  • To consider annual submissions from Branches and Groups for the award of the Glaxo Salver and John Wise Rose Bowl.
All applications should be sent to the Awards Panel. The Envelope must be marked Confidential and addressed to: the Secretary to the awards Panel: Mrs Joan Goodman, Fairmile, Totnes Road, Ipplepen, Newton Abbot, TQ12 5TD; 01803 812737; rd14@casualtiesunion.org.uk

The Awards panel would love to receive many more applications for the above awards. Once winning an award it can become a great opportunity for publicising one's own Branch or Group. No official form is required,  just a letter.
